Ted has been involved in commercial real estate development and construction since 1977. His experience includes developing office parks and ski resorts in Colorado, as well as historic renovation around the country. Ted has been actively involved in the revitalization of historic properties and commercial real estate since 1988. He has completed over one million square feet of historic renovations including a large part of downtown Asheville. He is the President and Founder of Landmark Asset Management and the Managing Partner of Sequoia Properties, LTD and PBL Investments, LLC. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Cornell Advanced Investments and Valuations Program. Bill joined the board of directors of Landmark Management in 1990 when he moved to Asheville from San Francisco. He is a founding member of PBL Investments, LLC and Sequoia Properties, LTD. As a licensed broker and member of the Asheville Board of Realtors, he now serves as Operations Manager for Landmark Asset Management. Bill has been involved with the development and lease up of numerous projects in downtown Asheville including historic Pack Plaza and the $33,000,000 Grove Arcade. His involvement includes tenant retention, overseeing tenant design and build out, daily property operations and staff management. Bill has been an active member of the Asheville Chamber of Commerce, the Asheville Downtown Association, The Pack Square Conservancy and the City Council appointed Downtown Commission. Melanie is a native of Western North Carolina and a graduate of Western Carolina University. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Accountancy. As the property coordinator, Melanie oversees the daily financial operations and the business administrative details of Sequoia Properties.
