About Jim McCaughan
First licensed in 1977 Jim McCaughan became the Manager of Landmark Realty in 2000 and has been instrumental in leading our office to become one of the most successful and well respected companies in Western Canada. Jim is experienced in all aspects of the real estate industry including sales, management, recruiting and training. He divides his time between our Abbotsford and Chilliwack offices. Jim has contributed extensively to the real estate industry serving as President of both the Chilliwack Real Estate Board and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. He also served six years on the Real Estate Council of BC and seven years on the Real Estate Errors & Omissions Insurance Corp. Jim is currently a Director of the BC Real Estate Association.
